Redistribution of aggregate statistics?

I understand that redistribution of the IPUMS-CPS data to third parties is prohibited under the TOC. However, if I build a dataset from the IPUMS-CPS extracts that contains aggregate statistics at the year-state level, am I allowed to distribute that dataset on a personal website for free given I’ve properly cited the center?

For more information, this aggregate-level dataset is used in a research project and would be of use to the research community if it were made available.

Publishing your aggregate tables would not violate our current terms of use agreement since these tables can be considered your own product based on the IPUMS-CPS data and you are citing IPUMS-CPS appropriately.
