Redistribution of aggregate statistics on a public website?

I am interested in presenting IPUMS-USA data on state-based health insurance and poverty (counts and rates) from ACS single year files 2008-2015 on a public facing non-profit website. IPUMS would be cited appropriately.

Is there someone I should contact to provide more specifics and get permission?

As long as you are not providing access to microdata files and are simply presenting results from your analysis using IPUMS data all you need to do is cite IPUMS properly, as noted here.
