For about 24 hours, I have been unable to access my previously downloaded extracts. The website is stuck on “fetching data”, which normally takes seconds to display the list of my past downloaded files. Is there any way to know if there is an issue with my account, or if it’s just the server being offline for a bit?

Update: This issue is occurring (1) across browsers (2) on both IPUMS USA and IPUMS CPS.
