I have attempted to extract some data a few times this morning but no data were available after the preparation. Does anyone else run into the same problem? To be clear, I have extracted data numerous times in the past. It’s rather stranger that I can’t download the data after receiving the email saying it’s ready.
Thanks for letting us know. I alerted our IT group to the issue and they re-submitted your extracts. The custom datasets you requested today should now be available to download.
