No file under Data column even after confirmation email?

Not sure what’s going on here, but I’ve attempted twice and the Data link is not showing up, even though I’ve received emails saying the data is ready to download.


If your data extract is not being displayed after you receive the email notice that your extract is ready the first thing you should try is refreshing the extract page. You may also need to click “Show All” in case the extract is hidden. If this does not work, try logging out and logging back in again. Finally, if the data link is still not being displayed, try accessing the extract system from another browser or another computer.
