I can't see my data extract

Hi. I have received an email from Ipums yesterday confirming my data extract is ready but when I follow the link or check in my Ipums account it’s not there. How should I proceed?

There is a little button saying “show all” on the right-hand side of the download or revise extracts page. If you click this button, you will see all of your existing extract requests.
