Access approval and extract request

Hi, I received an email saying that my application for access has been approved, but I still can’t see the links to download the extract when I login in (even if I click “sow all”). Am I supposed to receive another email when my data extract can be downloaded?

I checked your account and I see that there is one extract available. Were you able to download your original extract? Please email ipums@umn.edu if you still need support on this.
