I sent a request for extracting data from CPS-IPUMS hours ago, but the downloading option is still unavailable. My friend also met the same problem. Is the IPUMS is doing maintenance, which delayed the data process?
The processing time of IPUMS extracts largely depends on the current demand on our servers. It looks like there are a couple relatively large IPUMS CPS extract requests that are slowing down the processing time for the other IPUMS CPS extract requests. Once our servers complete these larger extract request your request should process fairly quickly.
