Data Processing Taking Too Long?

Hello, I submitted a data extract request for 5-year ACS 2015 about two hours ago, but it is still processing along with another data extract that I resubmitted. I was wondering if the long processing time is normal or something is wrong? Thank you!

Nothing is wrong with your extract request. The IPUMS USA system is currently experiencing several heavy data requests. This limits the capacity of our server to process other queued requests and slows down processing times. You should receive your data extract soon.
