Error in extracting data

Hi guys! I’m new here and have been receiving an error whenever I am trying to submit my extract. Can anyone advise me on this? It says the following: “There was a problem submitting your extract. The IPUMS staff has been notified and will work to resolve the issue as soon as possible. Please try again in a few minutes.”

I am following up to confirm that this issue has been resolved–you should be able to submit new extract requests as well as view and modify your previously submitted extract requests. Thanks for alerting us to the problem!
