ASEC 2020 Unharmonized - Part-time Work Reasons

Hi,

I’m wondering if there is currently an equivalent to PRPTREA - Detailed reason for part-time in the unharmonized ASEC 20 dataset? If not, could that be included in a future data release?

I think the harmonized variable WHYPTLWK is what you are looking for. You can see the various unharmonized variables related to this variable (which correspond exactly to PRPTREA for ASEC samples) by looking at the unharmonized variables section for WHYPTLWK.
