Why is my account unable to download data?

I am able to login to the site, make my selections to choose what items I would like to download. Once I am ready to download, I get to a page to update my account. Click submit and nothing happens other than a page refresh. This has been happening for over a year. Please resolve.

I’ve just emailed you back directly from ipums@umn.edu, but it looks like you may be getting this notice because your email address is not verified. I’ve just resent the email verification. If you don’t see the email in your inbox, be sure to check your spam folder for it as well.

Once you’ve verified your email, close out of your browser completely, then reopen it and login. You should then be able to successfully create data extracts.
