I submitted a number of extract requests but when I attempted to download them by clicking the download button nothing happens. This has happened with a number of attempts and therefore I am sure I’m doing something wrong I just don’t know what

It looks like you are using IPUMS NHGIS. Please correct me if I am wrong. When downloading your data file, you will want to make sure to select a location to save this file on your computer. The easiest way to do this is to right-click on the “tables” link and select a location on your computer. Then you can unzip the file and you should be able to access the data.
