I requested a data extract of one dataset more than three hours ago. I kept refreshing the website and checking my email to no avail: the data finder says my request is queued… I then made a completely new request for a different dataset and one shapefile, and the same thing is happening again.
What is going on?
You’re not the only one experiencing unending delays. I submitted three requests yesterday morning 4/6; they are still marked as “queued” as of 4/7. Site/server must be down. Wish they had an automated server message indicating a problem!
