Issue with Fetching Data

Hi,

I am having trouble accessing my downloaded date. It prompts “Fetching Data” for a long time with no data set in sight.

Any suggestions?

I checked your account last week and it appeared that all of your extracts had finished processing. Processing time can vary significantly based on the file size and the number of requests submitted by other users at the time. If you find that your extracts are taking significantly longer to process than expected, please email us directly at ipums@umn.edu with details and we will be happy to take a closer look.
