In the past, I was able to extract raw data for a specific defined PUMA. Can I still do that for the 2010 census?

In previous use of the 5% 1990 PUMS data, I was able to name the PUMA # and then go in and extract the raw data for that PUMA. I then used my own program to extract the data I wanted and analyze it. Can I still find raw data by specific PUMA? Is there still a mapping of the PUMA boundaries? If I can no longer do this, is it possible to do this by zip code? What other suggestions do you have?

I am unaware of this kind of functionality being available in IPUMS-USA. Perhaps it was once possible to do so using the NHGIS extract system, but to my knowledge neither of these data projects currently allow users to extract data by PUMA code.
