I am using online SDA program, but cannot obtain the confidence interval for median values. Any idea how I can do this?
When using SDA, to calculate medians, navigate to the Means tab (second from left on the top row of tabs). Once on the Means tab, navigate down to the accordion menu labeled “Median/Percentile Options”. Select Median from the dropdown menu labeled “Percentile statistic to display”. Next, navigate down to the accordion menu labeled “Output Options” and check the box labeled “Confidence intervals” and select your specific confidence level from the drop down menu. Once you have your dependent variable and row variable selected in the textboxes above, hit “Run the Table” to produce your estimates.
