It looks like Ancestry.com has maps of the 1950 enumeration districts, so it seems like there’s digitized versions of ED maps. Are there any plans to add enumeration district maps to NHGIS, either for 1950 or earlier censuses?
There’s no work currently underway, and it’s not covered by our current funding, but we are very interested in pursuing this and are exploring options. Thanks for expressing interest! It helps us monitor the level of demand.
