Will 2020 March/April basic CPS be delayed?

Hello,
Given the ongoing coronavirus situation, will updates to CPS monthly data be delayed? If so or if not, would you have any idea when we should expect the March and April basic data to be available?

This is a good question. At this time I have not seen any information from the BLS indicating any sort of delay. If such a delay does occur, it should be noted by the BLS on the Census Bureau website. In general, it takes the IPUMS CPS Team up to a month to integrate new basic monthly CPS samples into the IPUMS CPS system. Outside of any delays, this timeline will continue.

Thank you. Actually the March CPS is already posted on the Census Bureau website. I just didn’t know if IPUMS would have any delays.
