I follwed the instructions on the “Downloading your extract to SAS” video. What does the error message “LIbref IPUMs not assigned” mean?
It looks like the file path and library isn’t being set up correctly. Be sure to enter the correct file path to your .dat file and your SAS command file into the libname and filename commands before running the SAS command file. I just ran your most recent extract and everything opened up as expected in SAS.
