Way to determine income for IPUMS/CPS November voter supplement?

I am using the November voter supplement but variables on income are not included by IPUMS (except for earnweek).

Is it possible to determine household income or family income, etc., by linking to other survey months?

It is theoretically possible to access income information from other samples in which the November respondent supplied this information, as the CPS survey design includes a household for 4 consecutive months followed by 8 months of exclusion from the samples and finally 4 more months of inclusion. While IPUMS-CPS does not currently offer variables for linking households across months, such variables are being developed. I recommend reading through this brief Census Bureau document about linking to get a better idea of what is involved.
