Will this smaller extract process any faster or will it not process until the first seemingly un-processable extract is finished?
The time it takes an extract to complete is both a combination of the size (number of samples primarily, but also number of variables) of your extract as well as the number and size of extracts of others requesting data. It looks like the first extract you requested yesterday included 26 samples; I am not surprised that took a bit of time to process. We process multiple extracts simultaneously and have some safeguards in place to allow smaller requests to bypass very large extracts (i.e., those with the potential to slow down the extract system). It looks like both of your extracts have completed; please let us know if you have any questions or encounter issues accessing your data files.
