Is the system down 2/19-20

I submitted a request for data yesterday. It is still showing processing. Is the system down?

I checked our system and see that your extract has finished processing; large extracts can sometimes take a while to process.

Extracts with a large number of samples or variables can cause long processing times if they get too big. If you continue to experience long processing times, follow the instructions on this FAQ to reduce the size of your extracts in the following ways :

  1. Select fewer variables and/or samples.
  2. Use the “Select cases” feature on the extract page to include only certain people or households that you want in your data.
  3. Use the “Customize sample sizes” feature to draw a smaller random subset of your samples.
