Suggested format for citations of online NHIS User Notes

I am using the IPUMS NHIS data and in my work I would like to cite the documentation in the IPUMS NHIS User notes here: https://nhis.ipums.org/nhis/userNotes…

I wonder if you have any suggested format for these citations. The User Notes pages are very useful and clearly written but they do not have much identifying data such as authors and date.
