primary vs. secondary care in ATUS?

I want a variable that sums up child care, to include secondary child care, plus child care and travel related to child care, etc.

i know secondary child care is not collected if primary activity is child care, but i guess it is counted if it occurs during kid-related travel, is that right?

Is there any way for me to create a variable that includes secondary child care and kid-related travel, and primary child care, that wont end up ‘double counting’ secondary childcare when it occurs during kid-related travel?
