I applied for approval to use the Mexican Census Data on Saturday July 6th. It has now been one business week since I initially applied, and I have heard nothing so far. When can I expect my application to be approved?
Applications to use IPUMS International data must be reviewed manually by a member of the IPUMS International Team. This review process can sometimes take about a week to process. There has recently been a large number of new applications which has made it difficult to review all applications within a week. I’ve also passed your note along to the IPUMS International team. So, you should be hearing soon.
