MSA equivalency to 2010 PUMAs

I have been able to find equivalency files for MSAs and 2000 PUMAs (http://www.psc.isr.umich.edu/dis/data…), but have not been able to identify a similar file for the 2010 PUMAs. Does such a file exist? If not, what would be the best way to identify which PUMAs fall into particular MSAs?

At the bottom of the variable description for MET2013 there is a downloadable Excel spreadsheet that provides a crosswalk between 2010 PUMAs and MSAs (based on the 2013 OMB MSA definitions).
