MSA equivalency to 2000 PUMAs

Is there a similar crosswalk between the 2000 PUMAs and MSAs like the one that can be found for the 2010 PUMAs here?

You can find the translation table for METAREA here. If you refer to the last column in the table, you will see the concatenated STATEFIP + PUMA code that corresponds to the METAREA value found in the first column of the table. You can read more about interpreting translation tables here.
