Match metropolitan areas (MET2013) with PUMAs

Hi,

Is there a spreadsheet available indicating the specific PUMAs included in each metropolitan area (met2013)? I’m using the 2012-2016 5-year acs sample. I could easily run a crosstab with state-county-puma-met2013 to indentify the pumas in each metro area; however, I was wodnering if there is a spreadsheet available.
