It is pretty clear from the variable descriptions of hhincome/inctot etc that values are standardized to dollars in the final year of data included in the multi-year ACS files. I notice that this language is missing for INCBUSFM and INCFARM. Would love to verify if this standardization also applies to them. Thank you!

INCBUS and INCFARM are available from IPUMS USA in U.S. decennial census samples from 1970, 1980, and 1990. They are not available in any ACS samples. You can see the availability of each variable by clicking the availability tab; for example, see the availability tab of INCBUS. In the ACS, a single question asked about business and farm income together. This information is reported in IPUMS variable INCBUS00. The description of INCBUS00 states that in ACS/PRCS multi-year files, dollar amounts have been standardized to dollars as valued in the final year of data included in the file.
