I tried to register for a new dataset and it responds “Last renewal can’t be blank” How do I fix this?

It looks like your accounts for both IPUMS CPS and IPUMS Time Use have expired. You will need to renew these accounts in order to access IPUMS data. The system may be blocking the creation of a new account with the same account information (e.g. email, name, etc.) as a pre-existing account.
