I need to extract larger than the allowed dataset because of the replicate weights and number of years involved. I have narrowed it down to the basic variables and select cases but it still exceeds the allowed amount. Who do I contact to request higher threshold.

Our general advise in these sorts of situations is to reduce the number of sample years included in a single IPUMS extract request. This should allow you under the maximum extract size and will be computationally easier on your computer when loading the data into your preferred statistical software. You can then append data sets from multiple extracts together if you wish to perform a pooled analysis. Of course, sometimes this approach will not be feasible.
