Does the BPL information for 1910 census include the count of the entire population for native-born, both parents native, etc.? Or does it exclude certain groups?
As indicated in the Universe Tab, BPL includes all persons included in the census. There should be no excluded groups of people. For more inforation about the 1910 census sample, see the sample characteristics page.
