Class account request stuck in pending?

Dear forum and IPUMS staff,

I tried to create a class account for the use of IPUMS-International (formerly NAPP) data in a historical research methods course, but its status has been “pending” for a while, maybe two weeks by now. I was wondering if it was possible to say what the status of the request is?

Apologies if I seem a bit impatient, but since classes start next week I need to start making changes to the course shortly if it’s not possible to use IPUMS data.

I’ve just sent a note to the appropriate staff regarding this classroom account request. You should received a response sometime today. If not, please follow up with an email to ipums@umn.edu.
