I’m attempting to generate a large extract from the 1910 complete count census. If I do not select cases, it exceeds the 20,480 MB limit. I would like to shrink the extract below the limit by selecting one REGION at a time, but even with only one REGION value selected (e.g. Mountain Division) it will not let me proceed with the extract. It will not even let me do a one-state extract. (I attempted Maine.) This seems like an error; one state or region of data will be well under the size limit. It could be related to the fact that the system will not recalculate extract size based on case selection. I would greatly appreciate any help.
