2013-2017 variables

Hello,

After the last update of the AHTUS data (adding the 2013-2018 data from ATUS), all variables appear to be available when creating a new data set. However, some variables - including core demographic variables such as education - seem to be unavailable for 2013-2017, and are only available for 2018. Are they expected to be added to AHTUS in the future?

The most recent update to IPUMS AHTUS harmonized the 2018 ATUS data into the AHTUS database only; it did not include the 2013-2017 ATUS. I am not aware of any plans to include additional ATUS samples in the AHTUS database in the near future, but I will pass the request along to the IPUMS Time Use team.
