I’m looking for median housing value by town (county subdivision), for 1990, 2000, and 2010. When I use those filters, the only “universe” available for median home values is “specified owner-occupied housing units” for 1990 and 2000; 2010 offers “owner-occupied housing units”. I’m not sure if “specified” means it’s a subset of some kind? Anyone familiar with the definition there? Thank you!
“Specified owner-occupied housing units” refers to one-family houses (excluding mobile homes) on less than 10 acres without a business or medical office on the property, whereas “owner-occupied housing units” includes all owner-occupied housing units.
