In STATA whicho type or weight should i use to work with variables at person level?
We typically advise using fweight or pweight. In general, you will want to use the probability weight (pweight). However, fweight can be used to generate simple counts and frequencies. The counts should be identical under either specification, and fweight can sometimes be faster. This Stata help file on weights may also be helpful.
