When will surveys from 2015 and so forth will become available?

Hello,

First, thank you so much for the continued generation of reliable and comprehensive data invaluable for the research community. I understand that due to privacy concerns the public use SESTAT data does not include PERSONID allowing to construct a panel. However the SESTAT data up to 2013 are released via IPUMS. Are subsequent survey data (2015, 2017, 2019, 2021) planned to be released? I thought since the 2013 one was released in 2016 so up to 2019 should be published by this year but are unavailable via IPUMS. I would really appreciate to be informed of whether they are planned to be released and if so where I can find the schedule.

While new data from the surveys represented in IPUMS Higher Ed have been released since 2013, there are unfortunately no current plans to integrate them into IPUMS Higher Ed. You can retrieve the source files for later years from NSF here: https://www.nsf.gov/statistics/sestat/#sestat-landing
