Hello, I’m a raw beginner so I’m sorry if this is a very basic question.

How do you use the PERWT values if you are analyzing data for a single metro area? For example, if I want to look at the mean income of registered nurses in the Seattle metro area, and I have a case where the OCC1990 value is “registered nurse” and the PERWT value is 42, does that mean that that case represents 42 registered nurses in Seattle?
