Should I use two weights if I am interested in two different person-level analysis?

For example, my analysis is for non-supplement IPUMS-CPS data so I apply WTFINL variable. But what happen if I am also interested in person level analysis of the summary health insurance variables. Should I use the two weights at the same time( WTFINL and HINSWT) ?

HINSWT is only available in March samples, while WTFINL is only available in other months. You would use HINSWT for any summary health insurance variables in March samples, and use WTFINL for your analysis of the non-supplement data.
