Is it possible to download the original census (analytical) reports anywhere on the site?

Unfortunately, no, IPUMS International does not publish copies of original census reports alongside the data. They do make original enumeration materials available, however. For specific samples, I would recommend checking with the statistical agencies listed in the Sample Descriptions to see if reports are readily available.
