I am working on DHS data from India only. I wanted to ask is it possible to get a panel for the same. Are the same individuals followed in all years.
If not is it still possible to constuct a panel because I have in mind difference in difference stratergy for which I need panel data.

The individuals in the DHS are different in each sample. Therefore the DHS cannot be used to construct person-level panels. However you could produce panels at the country or state/province level for countries with multiple samples.
