Hello,
I am wondering if there exists a bigger sample fraction for the 1971 Indonesia Census microdata? Currently it is only 0.0054.
Thank you!

All of the IPUMS International samples are listed on the sample information page. There is a single sample of the 1971 Indonesia Census which consists of 634,642 person records. Though this represents a relatively small fraction of the population, the data include sample household (HHWT) and person (PERWT) weights that when used allow researchers to obtain estimates that are nationally representative. You can find additional information about using weights in this FAQ question. When analyzing smaller subpopulations, you should tabulate the unweighted sample size and consult your standard errors to ensure that you are being appropriately cautious about making population inferences.
