I downloaded age and sex data for India 2004 at 1st level of admin, but some age groups have negative population

I downloaded area level age and sex data for India 2004 at 1st level of administrative division and noticed that some age groups for some units have negative population. I was wondering if that is a mistake and the population should be positive of if there is a code book that I can use to interpret those negative values. Please see the file attached.

This is a known error. It should be corrected when a new version of IPUMS International data is added into the IPUMS Terra system. The goal is to have this out and ready within a few weeks.
