I’m comparing the “mish” (month in sample) and “eligorg” (eligable for earner’s study flag) variables. ORG questions should only be asked in the 4th and 8th month in sample, but roughly 2.5% of individuals who are reported as being eligible have month values outside of those two.
Is this due to households skipping samples? E.G. if a household ignores the first 3 months of interviews and then participates in the 4th it’s their 1st month in the sample, but they are still in the ORG?
Or is it something different?
