Any update on the 2016 releases?

Hi,

Is there any update on which samples will be released in 2016, and when? This was asked earlier and the provisional answer was that they would be released mid-year (see here: Which samples will be released in 2016 and when?).

I’m particularly interested in when the Tanzania 2012 census sample will be released.

IPUMS-International is planning to make new data available in late summer or early fall. Currently the samples slated for release are as follows:

Updates to 2010 round:
Belarus 2009
Canada 2011
Greece 2011
Hungary 2011
India 2009
Iran 2011
Romania 2011
Tanzania 2012

Extensions of existing collections:
China 2000
Egypt 1986
Mexico 2015

New countries:
Botswana 1981, 1991, 2001, 2011
Poland 1978, 1988, 2002, 2011
Trinidad and Tobago 1970, 1980, 1990, 2000, 2011
