Absent birth history variables in four samples

I am looking for birth history (children ever born, and children still alive) variables in the following samples, if they are provided by IPUMS:

Malaysia 2000
Philippines 2000
Pakistan 1998
Indonesia 2005

You can find the samples for which CHBORN is available here and the samples for which CHSURV is available here.

Unfortunately, these variables do not appear to be available through IPUMS International in the samples/years you have listed. They are, however, available in other sample years for the countries you have listed.
