I have a question about how should I code the svyset to analyse the Indonesian Census 2010 data.
Is this correct?
svyset [pw=perweight], psu(?) strata(strata)
But I am not sure about what is the psu in this dataset.

Your svyset command looks good to me. Based on the IPUMS International sample design summary table, you should cluster by household (i.e., use SERIAL as the PSU) for the Indonesia 2010 data.
