Since this appears to be a repeated pattern, the IPUMS-International team will take a closer look at all of the OCC and IND code links that we provide. In the meantime, I recommend using the Source Variables tab to find the correct labels (as mentioned in this post). Please let us know if you find instances where the labels for the variable in the Source Variables tab does not map correctly to the downloaded data. You may also be interested in taking a look at the variable INDGEN (recoded general industry), where the IPUMS-International team has harmonized the original industry data to a consistent classification system.
